When you sell to SellYourZari, you send your items to us. This policy explains when we send them back to you.
Before your items are collected
You can change your mind at any time before the courier picks up your items. Just let us know on WhatsApp. An estimate does not commit you to selling.
If you do not accept the eligible amount
After we receive your items, we verify them fully and tell you the eligible amount. This may differ from the initial estimate.
If you do not want to sell at that amount, tell us before we pay you, and we will send all your items back to your pickup address, free of charge.
Items we cannot accept
If any items turn out not to be eligible, for example because they do not contain zari, we will tell you and return them to your pickup address, free of charge. We will not pay for them.
After you have been paid
Once you accept the eligible amount and we pay you, the sale is complete. We cannot return items after payment, because they may already have been processed.
Shipping costs
We pay for shipping in both directions: the doorstep pickup, and any return of your items to your pickup address. You never pay courier charges.
Condition of returned items
Verification may involve examining, measuring and testing a small sample of the zari. Apart from this, we return your items in the condition we received them.
