These terms apply when you use the SellYourZari website or sell your zari textiles to us. By using our website or service, you agree to them.
Who can sell
You must be at least 18 years old and living in India. You must own the items you offer, or have the owner's permission to sell them.
How selling works
- Tell us what you have. Select your items on our website and continue to WhatsApp, or call us.
- Estimate. We review the details you share and give you an estimate. An estimate is not an offer to pay a guaranteed amount.
- Pickup. If you agree to go ahead, we arrange a doorstep courier pickup, where available at your address.
- Verification. We fully verify your items after we receive them, to determine the eligible amount.
- Payment. If you accept the eligible amount, we pay you using the payment details you provide.
Estimates and the eligible amount
The eligible amount depends on what we find during verification, including the zari content and condition of your items. It may be higher or lower than the estimate. If you do not accept it, our Return Policy explains what happens next.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- give us accurate information about yourself and your items;
- pack your items securely for the courier;
- give us correct payment details. We are not responsible for payments sent to the details you provide.
Our responsibilities
We take reasonable care of your items while they are with us. Our liability for any item is limited to the eligible amount for that item, or, before verification, its estimate.
Items in transit
We work with courier partners to collect your items. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will help you through the courier's claims process.
Refusing a sale
We may decline to accept items, or stop a sale, if we suspect fraud, if the items may be stolen, or if we cannot verify the information you give us.

The content on this website belongs to SellYourZari. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you agree to a sale apply to that sale.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
